 If you put in for a transfer, unit etc.. the dream sheets are an indicator as to whether you're leaving or staying put in your command.

Any time my command is on that dream sheet, A Sgt gets transferred. That's why people ask.

Bc commands are short as hell on sgts and pray their command is on the list

Just because sgt aren't in commands doesn't mean they r off the job. We had transfers and promotions and no one replaced them. Don't ask me to make sense of this jobs ridiculousness. All I can say is averaging 55 some odd sgts a month to get promoted will never happen. Call me a troll or a hater but that's just facts. There's no way that whole list gets made and I might even say the same for the LT list depending on size.

 I dont care if the whole list gets made. Im a handful of names away. Im just trying to make sense of what you said about commands being short and only a small class going in. Why is everyone so angry on these forums?
