It pains to agree with bacon...it really does but he's right. The best anyone can do is a yearly prediction but even that can change. The staffing numbers should hold up for a year or so but that could change with deblasio's progessive new era or the city council's nonsense. They could divert resources from pd to other city agencies to prop up their agenda. The economy could tank. Too many variables.
