There was a list floating around with 200+ people on it. Basic math says thats 40%+.

Just to update with the new info at hand, 266 out of 482... 55% pass rate. Extremely fair exam. If everyone gets promoted I believe the job still has a way to go in making the Captains rank more appealing to LTs. The pass rates for Sgt and Lts was much lower and those lists look extremely long.
