what's the average size of a LT BMOC and how frequent

150 to 200 a year. Average 180 a year.

Just to piggy back on Bacon.. If you think about it, the Department promoted over a 1000 Sgt's to LT over the past 5 years... (2012 plus the 2015 lists). So that number he's throwing out there is about right..

Its around like 1,300 ... sgt AND LT

The 2011 sgt test (list #1600 got made Aug. 2015)

2013 sgt exam. (950 approx)

approximately 1,000 made in 2 YEARS.
