My hat is off to Rising Star! After finally sobering up from the night of the test I took a look at some the posts here and used what was left of my memory to remember most questions. I must say, IF I passed (which I think I did) it was totally because of rising star. I did their final exam the week before the test and I'm amazed at how many questions they had that were topics covered on the test. I know our test was topical stuff, but the rising star exam covered everything and made me go back to those procedures one final time to review - that was clutch for me. Even the 2 legal bulletins, both were on rising star's exam! Their instructions and techniques were spot on and worked for me to give me the confidence I needed. Last time around, I used a combo of Key and Yano's stuff.....I thought rising star was superior in every way IMHO. As funny as it sounded at the time, I even used Tony's gummy bear trick and it actually kept me grounded during the exam, lol. We'll see what happens, but kudos to these guys for excellent material and not coming off as money grabbers. They seemed to actually care without their hand out waiting for dead presidents. Good luck all!!!
Lol. Some guy in the Brooklyn cram was trying to hand over $80 bucks and they returned it to him saying it's covered if he's a regular student. He then hands over the money and they were like, bro, your paid up. It's 80 bucks only if you're not a student. He then "tips" them $20 and the instructors are looking at him like "wtf". We're all like really? Are we supposed to tip?
Funny thing is I heard the same about Elite and their 4 week cram.
All I got to say is thanks to their in basket practices from all 3 classes the test in basket was the easiest I've seen. If I do end up passing is thanks to that weak in basket given.
