I know this should be a ground ball by now but with rape1/csa1 if it occurred at multiple locations let's say 3 different commands but the initial rape1/csa1 location is unkown, would this complaint move to the location of the second rape1/csa1 if it's known?  My brain just can't comprehend this right now someone help me out. I'm not even sure why I thought of this either lol.

If Mary is kidnapped in the 25 and then driven in a van and raped in an unknown location then brought to housing in the 28 and raped again then brought to the 32 and robbed and let go it will be Rape 1 28 Pct 02
