The real story is the test is on aug 16, BUT as we all know this job changes **** all the time so we all need to be prepared for the date to change. So i'm planning on aug 16 & aug 23 and this way i wont get blindsided if there is a change.

With the recent exams being during the week test will have to be given when school isn't in session. December makes zero sense because kids are out of school during Christmas holidays and I highly doubt it will be during that time.

My post stated "did anyone hear if the test is being pushed." Imo thats not a rumor, nor trolling. I was simply asking to verify if anyone else heard the same. Ive heard this from a few people yesterday. Im sure you guys will probably hear the same thing this coming week if this does have any real substance to it. Dont kill the messenger.

No inside info other than what I hear from instructors, but this is from the NYS Education

www.p12.nysed.gov/assessment/schedules/2017/regents-817.pdf

It says regents exams 8/16 and 8/17. So it would make sense for the test to be the 23rd.

Test is scheduled for 8/23 as I posted a few weeks ago. An amended NOE will be released soon confirming the 8/23 date. Stop feeding into the rumors and continue to study.

The Notice of Examination is amended to change the date of the multiple-choice test from August 16, 2017 to August 23, 2017 and to update the SENIORITY CHART accordingly.
