With the 2013 list ending within a month or two, will there be any classes going in from the 2017 list this year?

Any idea how long it will take for our list to come out?  The Key just advertised it's class by saying that everyone from the 2013 has a chance at being eligible for the August Lt test which means they could start this 2017 list in the fall.  I'm sure it's just the Key trying to get people to sign up for the class because September seems a little early for people from the 2017 list to get promoted.

2013 test was in October and the list came out June 2014. They started promoting the list December 2014.
They're saying by August they'll have the current list exhausted. I would guess a couple of down months after that the new list will begin promoting November or December and obviously the new list will come out before then.

Typo on my part..... but Terrystop is correct December 2015. And if I remember correctly when the list came out in June 2014 there were still about 800 names left to go from the current list
