I know at least three sgts that will be getting made next week that did not contribute to the suit. Your right, they should be ashamed of themselves and refuse the promotions. Or maybe it will hit them if they get called out in class. But on another note, any idea how long bmoc for LT is now. I heard it's no longer 2 weeks. More like a month. Is this true.?

Just FYI I don't think anyone really knew about any concrete information about the lawsuit just rumors like anything else oni this job .... I'm new to the sight and this is the first time hearing about this ..........get the information out more professionally instead of posting on a website ....get the unions involved instead of knocking on doors begging for money.....do things the right way ......I def credit the guys who pushed for the lawsuit but don't post guys names who just didn't have any concrete info .....I'm always glad to help my fellow officers.....the whole test was a joke we all went through it together to turn on each other because we ALL GOT a faulty test is backwards.....that's the problem with this job everyone's always quick to point the finger and throw people under the bus with no concrete information ......stop hating.....you don't see the firemen acting this way ....be a professional your gonna be a Lt maybe even a captain or even higher act like it

Boba my friend if you are not aware with any circumstances, you should keep yourself out of this mess and stay in either your old sgt forum or 2017 LT forum..... just so it makes you happy , all of things that you have mentioned were done in an effort to collect. Names of Slimy 9 were posted on this very same forum with their commands and hate messages. I don't remember you or anyone condemning posting names then........ These people were contacted on personal level direct, through friends but still refuse to chip in one penny......

The problem with this job is there are so many one way individuals. To say they didnt have concrete info only whats on the forum is total BS, the newspapers printed articles about the lawsuit. They got what they wanted (on the list) and dont care about anybody else. Its just that simple. Also i have some KY left over if anybody is interested since Deniro wont respond back on the forum, guess the Hambuglar stole his tongue.

Long time member, but not an avid poster. Have to agree with boba here. Doing that at this stage in the game is actually kind of reckless, not to mention immature. Worst case scenario- Is it really worth some cry baby dropping a log saying that he/she is being shaken down on rising star for lawsuit $??? This process has been going on for far too long now for it to be jeopardized this late in the game. Let's let this one go and move on with our lives.

You are right there are alot of cry babies on this job, so who ever has the list of names should post them. As big as this department is word travels fast. So post their names the same way they posted the 9s names and commands. Its that simple, now we know who are the one way bosses that will jam another cop up just for their self preservation.

The difference is that the people posting to protect the identities of the onewayers ARE IN FACT trying to protect themselves. Common Sense your 100% right. I heard of two, possibly 3 new Lts who didn't contribute and I won't call theM out only bc I can't confirm...wouldn't want my name spread here if it were untrue. But the slimy 9 can confirm if they pleased. Would you want to sit in bmoc 3 weeks unknowingly befriending a guy who refused to contribute. knowing that you did the right thing and this guy is as selfish as they come? Shame on them.

And couple that with the 100 haters who launched a countersuit to stop the DCAS from expanding the list...that doesnt surprise me at all either. Unfortunately that's what we have to deal with a handful of our breathen. All I can say is to remember the list of scammers, never let them forget that they cheated their way to the top. Although some of the 100 haters are decent guys never forget that many of them tried to stop the list from getting expanded. And on a final note...if you ever run into one of the 9 heroes...salute them!

Sued to stop dcas from expanding the list? Come on Michael. That doesn't even make sense. Enjoy bmocc and your promotion and stop with the bs. The counter lawsuit was to ensure the original list wasn't thrown out as asked for in your lawsuit quoting ice cream truck jingles and alleged cell phone use in the bathroom.
