 They are pretty much the same as the SBA.  You'll a pay a little more for prescriptions, and if you wear contacts you only get a 6 month supply vs a 12 month with the SBA.  If for whatever reason you need a crazy amount of dental work they have a separate union plan to help with that.  I wouldn't worry about any of this though.

 LBA and CEA are both part of the Superior Officers Council its same dental/eye and all that stuff
