Yes, as per the FOIL to DCAS. I wouldn't be surprised if the number is a little off but the percentage is about 13%. Definitely not 8%.

You guys are too paranoid. If DCAS is stupid enough to give a makeup exam with the same questions after the debacle with the LT exam, then so be it. Thats on them, not us.

From the moment we graudated from academy, we are trying to take advantage of the city anyway we can. Be upset at DCAS not the test takers.

I'm not upset nor paranoid. I passed the disastrous 2013 Sgts test with ease and without cheating so the cheaters don't affect me.

All I'm saying is, don't give the cheaters an advantage you didn't have. You might not think it's a big deal, but being bumped a few list numbers can be the difference between being eligible to take a promotional test or not (ie 2017 LTs exam).
