If someone tells you they have aids you do a treatment slip right

Okay so basically does anyone have a question worth fighting?

The Medical Treatment Form question was 3
1. Requests medical attention but then refuses
2. Receives medical attention
3. May required prescribed medication
4. Volunteers communicable disease (Medical Form OR Movement slip)

The movement slip supplied had a note regarding the prisoners HIV status, thus a Medical Treatment Form is not needed.

Someone should make a sticky with all the questions we agree on answers on to avoid repeat questions and focus on protest questions.

Who didn't require one?

I already answered lol. You don't do a Medical Treatment Form for the HIV guy because a note regarding his HIV was already made on the Movement Slip.

Quick question what's their opinion on this test compared to previous exams ? Because this is my first I'm sick of hearing from instructors saying it was a groundball and straight forward.

everyone I know is saying this was much harder than the 2013 exam, only issue they had with the 2013 exam is the extra 30 questions and no additional time.

I Totally agree with you. this one was definitely harder.

listen the reason you're probably not that beat up about failing the exam like some of us are is because you got to first take it at 3 years which is awesome, this is my first time taking it and it's at 5.5 years which blows, when will be the next time...when I'm at 10 years lol??

This was my third, and possible last, sgt exam in 9.5 years

I heard in one school there was a plethora of cheating that occurred. DCAS is already going over those individuals exams and the people they sat next to. If this is true, I think this exam might actually be thrown out. They're scared if a lawsuit happens this will be brought to light. There's also an answer sheet floating around... This is where it gets dicey, the answer sheet was floating around PRIOR to exam....

Definitely protesting that question about Department of buildings according to the patrol guide it clearly states through office of emergency management 24 hours a day 7 days a week they did not state that in one of the answers

I thought you could only protest an answer if you could prove one of the remaining choices was "as good or better"?

I dont remember OEM being one of the choices but if it wasnt, DOB would be the most correct of the choices. Not sure how you could debate that.

I heard there was collusion between some of the test writers and one of the prep schools. Word is they've become very cozy and one/some of them are looking for a well paying off-duty gig. Once this breaks it will make the Blueline boys look like angels. Looks like this exam is toast.

You'll see soon enough. I hear even the AUSA is looking at this now. You dont want Preet Bharara looking at you too closely. I feel for anyone who was involved in writing this thing. The innocent will be collateral damage.

LMAO. This would be beneath Preet's feet unless somehow the JEWS in BK SOUTH were connected.

Does anyone have any more protest questions to put up?

Yeah this is bull****. Becker is a troll. Don't pay too much attention to any crazy accusations. There are people trolling us because they have an axe to grind with RS.

Maintain 1 hardcopy of all 311 complaints assigned during tour. Not the answer where it says print (1) bc you print 2 or something like that.
