Anything is possible, even after they announce a specific date it can still potentially be pushed back, I doubt it will be pushed back though, the active LT list will be dwindling down come the fall
As per the new rules of giving the test on a weekday, they cannot administer the test in the fall because of schools being open. That being said, the city is too cheap to rent the Javits center for this test. They will stay with their projection of July or August.

The NYPD has a beautiful new Academy they can do whatever the hell they want with. No idea why they can't use that instead of using dilapidated schools with no AC.
