Obviously things such as overtime ITHP 50/50 etc make everyone's paychecks different-

 

Just curious- can anyone ballpark what the difference in paycheck will be from a 4 year Sergeant to a 1st year lieutenant with 10 years on?

 

Just looking for an estimate

It's basically no difference from top pay Sgt. to 1st year Lt. There's a thread on here titled Lt. Salary Chart. You can get exact numbers from there.

It's around a $4k raise for the first 2 years, $5k third year. So around $150-$175 per check raise....
