People have been promoted and then gone back to their old commands to have CDs adjudicated. Usually your ICO will expedite it so it gets handled before your promotion though. __________________

So the answer to your question is NO.  Charges and Specs, massive amounts of CCRB's and some IAB allegations can hold you up though. __________________
