I'll take that...thanks for the glimmer of hope...I'm starting to settle in to this rank, it's feeling real good especially when u look over at your poor CO working every weekend and getting his back broke over stats. I'm still itching to move on though.

I used the vacancy #s before. But that was proven to be false since the last capt's class went in with their being an overage of capts. There's still about 20 something over in capts. If they do a nice DI promotion it may put the vacancies back in balance. But logic no longer holds in this Dept.
September and than December would make sense especially with the shift of PC leaving. Let's see, and yes i'lol take a whisper over nothing these days. Thanks Backlog.
As for the guy asking about LT, expect the promotions to slow down once they reach the vacant numbers. Than its a slow grind like us. Take care guys
