We are already heading into week two of february. Can this exam even be given in july? Was that finest in october or whatever the '6 month notice?'

Does anyone even know the rules behind the 'must give 6 months notice' thing? Lol

If 30 go in on the 24th of February that will leave 130 remaining on the 2015 Lt. list.

The 2011 Lt Test had 662 people on the list. First promotion as far as I can tell was June of 2012.

So far 242 (assuming the class of 30)  from the 2015 test.

662+242 = 907

February 2013 - February 2017 = 57 Months

907/57 = 15.9 Sergeants Promoted to Lt. a month on average.

130 remaining on 2015 / 15.9 average promoted per month = 8.1 Months

(Not counting March) the 2015 list will most likely be exhausted by November.

I've done this previously and got an average of 14.5 per month for Lts over a longer period of time.

130 remaining on the 2015 / 14.5 longer historical average of promotes = 9 Months

2015 list is exhausted in December.

 

Just an FYI so people can plan out into the future.

This list will not be exhausted before the next lost comes out. This f'n job holds the list until a new one is out even if they are in dire need to promote. It is the stupidest thing i have ever seen

March 1st - 21st is Registration
