Someone told me when this all started that the city would cut a deal with the 9 who started this lawsuit and promote them. I didn't believe it at the time but now I see how naive I was. I thought the lawsuit was for all the sgts and the injustice of the exam process and the questions that needed to be thrown out because of protests. Never would I have believed that 5 questions were the basis of this fiasco. But f@ck it. They beat the system. Not the first time cops sell out their own.
