The passers are not looking for an injunction on any future exams. We are not trying to screw over our fellow sgts, unlike others here. Do not believe the trolls.
their are people that can't be MEN and take a loss and are saying " if they can't get promoted, then NO ONE CANT".

-48% of those who took the make up exam passed. I can not sit hear and say that everyone who took the make up test is a scammer and cheated, but those passing rates speak for itself. The scamming and cheating has been going on for years.
-How are you more upset at the 9 Sgts who are trying to bring change than the 80 Sgts who took the make up exam and are suspected of scamming/cheating cheated?

I agree dos. Why are so many more mad at the 9 who stood up for change and not more mad at the scammers? Im not hearing those cheaters get bashed by the passers. I guess the passers dont care much about the flawed system. As long as they make rank. They don't care about the future exams and how fellow cops will study hard in vain when given a test designed for failure. As long as they get their promotion this time around. Hell, they prob dont care about excelling in future ranks because of the possibility of being handed a bad captains exam... as long as they get their promitions right now..come on guys.let's not ignore the elephant in the room. Most passers in here dont give a **** about anything or any1 else as long as they get their lt shield. And whom ever it seems that's getting in their way is an automatic scape goat. All reason and logic goes out the window. I for one already accepted my defeat from this exam. I will have to study harder and more diligently next time. But i find consolence in knowing that after those guys sued, dcas wont fck thousands of us over again next time around. Whenever that will be
DCAS could of avoided all of this by just accepting what the TVB recommended granted i dont think there was 19 flawwed questions on the exam but atleast 5 were flawwed. Instead they decided to sh*t on all who took the exam in april. Guess they thought all of us would of bent over and taken it, which we did but not the band of 9 who heard our cries and fought the system. Now DCAS has been exposed for its incompetence. Everyone ask the same question why would they give a makeup exam 2 months later ? and why would they give the protest session a month before the make up exam ?
Now we all know the questions are mixed around for the make up exam, but if people can sneak out a pic of the answer key from the protest session, whats stopping them from taking pics of questions.
The media is harping on the release of the answer key because thats what will grap the attention of the public. We as sgts should know the media will write the article in order to sell papers. So lets not be naive and take them for their word but try to read between the lines of their articles.
Now with all this being said the list should not be thrown out, too many sgts earned the right to be Lts, promote the original test takers and do a thorough investigation on each makeup exam taker before they get promoted so u can weed out all the scammers, and only promote those with legitimate reason to take the make up exam.
