I am calling on Police Commissioner Bratton and city attorney's to conduct a thorough and expeditions investigation into the eronious and false allegations and immediately proceed promoting Lieutenents from the established list. I am calling on our leaders to not allows 9 corrupt Sgts from interfering with police operations. Do not allow some lawyer who is willing to take any case and spin it to bully you. No one wo passed this test should continue to be held up, the promotions must commence. I'm also calling on our department to fully investigate the slimy nine scammers and discipline them.

I wouldn't even pay attention to any of the elite 164 who don't see the importance of this lawsuit. It had to happen!!!!! Sorry u didn't get promoted just think about ur fellow sgts instead of just urself for once!!! And stop with ur red white and blue crap with the service Bologna most weren't deployed and 9 were on Staten Island with the coast guard!!!!! 9!!!! 9 from that unit and 9 passed. with TWO in the top ten a fraction of a point difference We ll leave it there alright cause this ain't gettin resolved any time soon I can tell u that. There's mounds of ammo for this injunction!!!!!!

The only reason for the high passing rate was because all the other sgts talked about questions and gave them the answers. Can't blame anyone except yourselves. And to say the 9 would still be suing if they picked up passing points is just delusional.

The ones who gave them the questions and answers are actually the people you should have a problem with. I have no vested interest in this exam. From outsider looking in that's how it looks to me.

Ondeair is not a lawyer and does not understand federal law. He is only upset that he did not pass. What you have is bologna. Do you understand that more than half of the make up test takers failed. That cheating allegation is circumsantial speculation. That is nothing. The make up test takers had a few extra months to study due to military obligation and their religious observance. So stop for a minute, use your peanut brain and think a little instead of smearing their names and labeling them cheaters. I'm sorry that your not patriotic and don't respect the flag our soldiers are the real heros and deserve to take a makeup test and by the way it doesn't matter which branch of service they are in.

I served in the army.I didn't have to cheat to pass the test. Take your patriotic bull**** and shove it up your ass you cheating piece of garbage

Cowboy ur right we should get bratton and his cronies to look into the exam. But instead of the 9 that took the test honestly but to look at the make up takers. To see how many were over seas or how many truly follow their religion. Check who set up their drills mid year to the exam or got notified last second for their drills. Better yet sgts that call old line of duty right before the test. Sgts that claim religous reason but worked Saturdays before or go out with the guys saturday nights. Those r the ones we should look into. I find it funny how everyone is attacking the 9 but not the scammers.

Yes, I agree with that assessment. If a make up test taker is found to be illegitimate they should be dealt with appropriately. But labeling every passer as a cheater is unacceptable and morally wrong. The problem with the nine is that they are lying and exaggerating. They are not being honest and are not acting in good faith.
