On Monday when this goes in front of the judge and the slimey9 exaggerate the facts along with theit lies about cheating on the original date the exam was given, is there going to be anyone there on the side of the 164 fighting for us OR is the judge only gonna hear the slimey 9 side of this?

No the job took it upon themselves to freeze the list. THere own injunction. The page is posted on here somewhere stating it and that monday is adjourned.

The job has to give a 30 day notice before they hire off the list, to the court and the law firm i believe.
