Not that I think it will go any further than this, but the only way at this point for some clarification regarding the cheaters would be for someone to say " I discussed the test with so and so because I didn't know he/she rescheduled their test... Something along those lines.
If this cheating situation makes it to a GO which I doubt then people will be exposed.
I hope it does go to a GO. I would love it if some of those people get delayed from being promoted because of "active IAB investigation." We will see; this down month gives the job enough time to do that, if they want to.
Edit: And you're right, they can start with the assh0les who lied to everyone about taking the test on the original date, then got info from fellow sergeants. This is the lowest form of lying, and is undeniably corrupt and deceptive.

Only problem with someone admitting in a GO that they discussed the test with make up test takers is that the SBA will possibly try to deter you from saying that. Other problem is that the JOB doesn't want a scandal. As we can see Sgts from IAB are involved. The job will sweep this under the rug. The only chance we have at exposing this and making a difference is POSSIBLY to report the situation to DOI who oversees DCAS or follow the advice of an attorney. I had posted earlier that the attorney who sued the city in federal court over the residency points would be a good place to begin. He's a former SGT.
The make-up test is a big problem, but what about the actual mind@+ck of a test they slid in front of us that had no changes? This needs to be addressed as well.

Post the lawyer's info.

I agree, I dont know how they can possibly legally justify not changing some of the answers....
I welcome the chance to take this exam over. Throw this exam out and give everyone a second chance under fairer conditions. Deal with the cheaters afterwards.
