Everyone is banking on this list being exhausted quickly but I have a question. What if the sgts don't have the proper time in rank. Won't that prolong promotions thereby stretching out the life of the list?

Doubtful. It has been almost a year since the test and it will take at least a year to promote everybody.

It will go Past next April. That would be 2 years from the test, which is the time needed in rank. Not an issue

Every person on the list will have enough time by April of 2017 at the latest, most will have two years before then if they don't already.
