Mathematically this makes sense. Here's why.

2011 test - 250 passed straight up with double digit throwaway and triple doubles. That balloones the list to about 670 about 2.5 times original

2015 Capt V Special - about 125 passed this test straight up and with double digit throw always and triple doubles were at about 502 which is about 4x pump

you guys should read this post....could be very spot on. I cant comment on a "draft list" or anything else of this nature, but this is what ive been hearing. Also, may be a reason why ondeair and etc can not obtain any info....the info may not be in the right hands just yet.
