Seems like this inbasket did many in. I somehow managed to "only get 6 wrong" when I considered myself to be very proficient on inbasket techniques. This inbasket was a first of it's kind and hopefully doesn't set the precedent for future exams.
Most people I spoke to had double digit wrong in the inbasket and is pretty much the reason they are in limbo right now.
12 wrong. The first question took me 20 minutes to try and answer so i left it blank, went back to it at the end, analyzed every single word and still couldnt come up with a clear choice and still got it wrong.
11 wrong... And I followed that up by dropping #24. If this test had a normal inbasket it wouldn't have been such a disaster. 0 wrong on the 2011 sgt test.

Craziness I tell you. I got none wrong on our SGT exam as well.
Yeah it seems like the reason people failed is if they got less than 50% right on the inbasket. I "only" got 8 wrong on the inbasket, which was the best I had heard of until I read this thread. I ended up with a 72 because of this "high" inbasket score. With 12 wrong on the inbasket I would have failed with everyone else.
Got 10 wrong on the in-basket and then 14 wrong for the whole rest of the test.
I only had two wrong on the 2011 sergeant test in-basket and was pretty upset about it because it should have only been one (dropped the force figures).
Of the people I know who really studied and deserved to pass, but failed, it was the in-basket that got them every time.
16 wrong..sitting on a 57...did in basket last..saw the first question of the in basket and realized that this was going to be a rough exam and decided to start at the back.

Crazy it seems almost every is at 10+ wrong on the in basket and apparently I did the best on this portion with only 6 wrong, or 73.9% of it correct. What a cruel joke this was...
That is the best I heard so far schedule...shame you dropped the rest of it :D...to think I thought the force was strong in you lol
LOL. Thankfully I did the inbasket last. Going over the exam at the protest, I dropped some easy points that I knew when I studied. Shouldn't have happened, but again, given how everything worked out in my favor, I aint complaining. I wasnt completely there mentally on test day given everything going on in my personal life at the time.
The difference maker for me was all the penal law, crime classifications, and legal bureau bulletins. I'm pretty good with that stuff. If they would of replaced that with more patrol guide I probably would of failed.

10 wrong. I actually though i got about 6 wrong immediately after doing the in basket. I didn't realize it was going to be so many. I wonder how long it took the test makers to come up with that in basket. I bet it took them a while.
