There was so much going on in that question and so much knowledge you needed to know that I could not figure out if my answer was better than theirs. The question was ridiculous but that doesn't make it an auto double answer or throw out.
I'm protesting it as a throw out and have a friend protesting as double. I think she has a guarantee of a double but I still have a decent shot at getting it tossed.
u are truly a cop su. good point. but u kno some of these santa wishes are coming true my friend. the pitter pat of the reindeer will be on ur roof for some of these.
listen there is a very valid argument why the wrong answer they were looking for was actually a correct statement thus making this question a throw out... screw the double/triple answer BS, throwing this question out is the only possible way to go

God willing it's a throw out cuz that'll leave me 2 away from victory.
Ok...I've consulted w many ppl on 54...to us...54 stands. I studied 54 w pg meticulously....then I looked at penal law...a is not a correct statement based on penal law. you can argue w me on it but if you apply the law the way it is written it's a great question actually.
yes im a troll....you got me...numerous ppl know who i am on this site and do not need to back up anything i say or do. BTW, trust me when i tell you that the ppl i consult with these questions are most certainly in a position to give input and are considered experts for the most case. I give you the info i have....whether it is right or wrong is up to three lts and dcas...hmm sounds like someone we know ondeair dont it???
Also re 54; they were looking for the least correct statement. Without giving the questions away, choice D is incorrect because they never mention ages in the stem of the question. So the involved parties could be adults or juveniles.
Yes correct....it states it is her home tho and I will think that the dcas rep will argue that it is assumed. If you want to go deeper...that slap could have lead to injuries which is never stated and that changes everything again..where do you stop though on the assumptions???

Like the "subject matter experts" that wrote the exams.

Again. Can't have us assume on these exams. We need facts or else like you said where does it stop? The DCAS reps in no position to say it is assumed. Or else I will assume in every question and get the entire thing all jacked up and thrown out.
