It all depends on vacancies but by looking at previous years with 99 names left , it's three more promotions and should be done by November of this year.

if things move as I predict, I expect first class from this list to be December or January.

I have absolutely no inside info to tell me this. It is purely a guesstimate based on me following promotion trends over the past few years, and on the fact that a captain class hasn't gone in for a few months. Once a captain class goes in, hopefully a large LT class goes in with it to fill the vacancies.

That's probably a pretty solid guess. I couldn't see it being too much earlier or later than that.
