People going tomorrow and Thursday please protest crime classification too as it wasn't listed on the NOE.....I overlooked it. Should've done it today.
Can't be 100% sure but if you have probable cause to believe that an assault 2 occurred because someone "felt funny" after having a drink, I think it's safe to say that someone who woke up naked in their bed and claimed they were sexually assaulted anally would be justified as an offense other than assault eg.. CSA ??
From looking at gamblor vs dcas, seems like 1, 17,18,19,42,66,76,79,115 and 116 call for a protest. Might be others, I just focused on the many questions I got wrong lol.
anybody care to private message me with things I can protest tomorrow? Im at a 69, ill protest anything, but it would be helpful to have some direction from people that had a fresh look at the test.
For instance the one with the 61s in the in-basket, I thought I had it wrong for sure according to the Penal Law, I checked it after the test, but I guess according to the Crime Reference Guide (which I've never looked at in my life) I got that one right.
How can we protest the crime classification guide question. In the NOE penal law is covered?
It's not a penal law question. It's actually verbatim from the ccrg. I protested it based on the fact that the noe did not mention ccrg. On the 2013 sgt exam noe they did include ccrg.
Going to protest on Thursday. Message me with which PG procedures/ ops orders to bring. I can barely remember any of the questions. I think I've blanked them from my mind for sanity's sake. i think I'm suffering from PTSD.
What do you guys think the "alternate" answer letter is for 45 and 54? I got those wrong too and I'll protest them if there is a good reason to.

I protested them as throw outs. 45 was asking for most correct and the proposed answer was incorrectly stated. I protested 54 as a throw out as well, though the chances on that one are not as high. It was asking for least correct and the proposed answer is correct (sort of).
I know this may be a stretch but is there any possibility that the answer keys varied by each person? That could explain the 3 different protest days. I understand they wont be completely different but whats to say they didnt mix up 5 questions?
