Another Luck Exam

I think the time has come to cross our fingers and hope for a luck exam like 2011. where there were 19 throw outs/doubles. there was no study factor on that exam except guessing right, the result of that exam are clear by the quality of Lt you see in your very command. i know my very own Lt scored a 64 and picked up quite a few from the grace of god, he admits it himself. he studied for the cram and just got lucky---at least he admits it. this exam however was on a difficulty scale the job has never seen---thanks to the genius known to us as Capt Insano. His knowledge picked up from his years in Europe as an Intel liaison must have given him worldly knowledge none of us possess. his own Lt s in the exam group detest his very existence and gave up halfway thru the process of writing questions. Insano packed this exam with a quantity of F you questions that gave test takers migraines, half shoulda gone LOD from the exam sites for severe mind torture. The CIA waterboarding techniques have nothing on Insanos mindf**k of an exam. way to boost morale. scary thing is come thursday you will have some Passers saying the follwing: "shoudla studied harder", "oh well", "gotta read the 1's and 2's", and "it wasnt that bad". i for one will never forget this abortion and the morale killer it did to this job, as i m pretty sure im not in running. been fun guys---get the answers out tuesday so we can move on with life.

Wow...this guy was an intel liaison? And still he is not that bright considering he couldnt keep his mouth shut during 47 pct community council meeting. DI Stephenson didnt want to attend, trying to avoid questions and sent his XO Insano
and that was the end of his career lol

Also, there was not 19 throwouts, this is the official breakdown of the 2011 exam

3 throwouts

3 triple answers

14 double answers

I heard that at least one of the lieutenants in the exam writing group is a real piece as well. Guy who used to work in the 9th and 13th. So this whole mutiny against the Ponytailed Captain might not be completely true, more than one force of evil created this abomination.

stop sucking this guys dick, hes not a genius.  It doesn't take a genius to write obscure questions from a 3000 page document when youre looking at the document.  What he is, is an ******* who thinks writing a ridiculously obscure test makes him look like a genius.  But the funny part is, some of his questions were worded so poorly that you could tell English isn't this guy's first language, which is what is gonna give us the advantage on protest day.

Six month wonder you are referring to Lt. Ernesto Castro. He's as bad as they come. Last I heard he was in the 13th pct.

yes he was in the group. he was a sgt in the 9th who the entire precinct detested when he was there, the Lt i know who was in group said he had to leave 9th because no one would work for him. he evidently was right on board with Insano with making questions designed for people to fail. making comments of arrogance of how guys should know this and that. he was the ONLY one who sucked up to Insano and was pretty much in step with eveything Insano put out. i heard exactly that from one of the Lt s in the group who wanted to smack him in the face every day.

Castro was the only guy on the panel who worked extra hard to make counters on the protest so questions could be shut down. funny, coming from a guy who passed the 2011 exam who originally had a 65 and got all 3 throwouts and some doubles. yep---another little gem i was relayed about this guy. the Lt i know wasnt from that exam and couldnt believe this guy was hell bent on making questions protest proof and how this guy thought he was smarter then everyone. this is who we re dealing with. remember these guys when they expect you to work for them.

Lt Ernie Castro is the BIGGEST a$$hole I have ever come across on this job. He was a former postal employee who came on this job at a later age and was your typical summons dick when he was a cop uptown. He was never a cop and kissed more ass then anyone I've ever seen. I heard when he got made to Lt. in the 13 he jumped in an rmp in the front passenger seat while the recorder was inside the pct. Taking a piss and demanded the operator take him to the train station. When the recorder came back out he made him sit in the bacm

Ernie also hates being called Ernie. The CO or Xo of the 13 called him Ernie and he told the boss that his name was Ernesto not Ernie. They kept calling him Ernie bc no one respects him. He was connected to banks somehow if that tells you anything. I can't stress enough what a horrible cop/person/boss he is. Never did anything worthwhile in his career. Heard this lose would read self help books on how to be a good supervisor.

The reason "The Job" sends people like them to write these exams is because any decent boss will never get a C.O.'s rec to be reassigned for six months; however, the "less desirable" bosses always seem to get a "Highly Recommend" because Commanding Officers are more than happy to get rid of their problem children for any amount of time.

You know, i hate this schmuck Castro more than pussinaj.
****bag barely made it out of 2011 and instead of doing the right thing he did exact the opposite. I swear a God, if i get promoted out of this list and run into him at the detail, i will embarrass this sob. I will remind him of days when he a postal employee pushing a cart, scumbag piece of ****

By sending them to write a test you are actually doing them a favor. If i want to punish my problem child i will reassigned him to different tours every month.
Being tasked to write its like having 6-8 month vaca. No responsibilities, no meetings, no uniform no bs. Just write couple of test and conduct personal affairs on the job time.
Suck albanian dik Ernie

I couldn't agree with you more but we all know that "failure is rewarded" in the Department.  These guys could have redeemed themselves and their reputations by writing a fair exam but unfortunately that was not the case.  Good Luck everyone and never, ever give up...

Absolutely not !!  If you and I wrote this exam there would be A LOT of happy sergeants right now.  I truly feel sorry for everyone involved because it's like reliving the 2011 debacle all over again...plus, we would probably both be suspended by the Captain V. for failing to write a garbage exam.

Yes you are correct.  If I had agreed to write this exam Capt. V definitely would have suspended me because I would not have went along with his bull**** test.  In hindsight I made the right decision

The truth is Ernie is a short, bald, anorexicly skinny POS who can barely speak English.

He is basically a perp, who comes to work dressed like your common Bronx hood rat. Complete with a cheap gold chain, oversized t shirt and a sideways Yankee cap.

Came on the job later in life (he is in his late 40's) and always felt and acted like he had to prove himself to the world

He was a cop uptown and hated.  Wrote over pba cards, screwed over his peers and performed fellacio for the co at the snap of a finger.  He never did one good thing for anyone. this toolbag loser would actually read motivational books and pay out of pocket to attend supervisor classes to learn how to lead.  It's scary.

Got promoted (barely) and went to the 9th Pct. a close knit command with strong pba ties.  He immediately tried to hammer cops demand quotas and made everyone miserable. He just didn't get it.  Eventually all the cops turned on hI'm and he made every phone call he could to get out of the pct.  he then Went inside 1pp to do what he does best... kiss ass and screw cops.

Took lt test in 2011 with only a few months in rank. Failed exam with a 63 and picked up a lot of the throwouts/ double answers. Got promoted- went to 13 th where everyone hated him once again.  Now he played the same game he did at 9 th only this time with sgts too.  volunteered to write the lt Exam. And the rest of history.

He is probably the most unliked person on this job. I have never heard one good thing said about him. Ever.

This guy.... he Is the true definition of trouble.  stay away from him.  He will hurt you.

I agree 100%. I experienced that on both the 2011 Lt exam and 2013 Captain exam. I got lucky both times and I'm a terrible captain.
