so my buddy tells me last nite Insano s first nite back on the duty he shows up to his cmd. Insano never comes to the cmd at a regular time--its always different so he can catch people doing something(whatever that is). he s silent, until Insano asks the question. "You take the Lt exam, sergeant?". No, my buddy responds. To which Insano is silent--until he starts bitching about the holding pen roster. then he blurts out, "Heard a lot of sniffles from the peanut gallery. If that is the case, they dont deserve to be lieutenants of police." And walks out. Like he couldnt help himself to hear his evil plan had worked. the guy has issues clearly. another great fact i learned yest from my boy was two guys out on annual vacation who are military reservists who are taking make up exams and these guys are on vacation before their make up. i mean can you have any lower form of life then these guys?? convienant these guys drills were rescheduled and then they have off two weeks before their make up. cant make this up---im sure Insano will continue his prodding of the exam----dont give him the pleasure. u know he has a screen name here.
Thats damn hilarious. This guy is like Darth f-cking Vaded of the Nypd lol. As for Military Drill guys and the Holy ones, im sure Darth Insano has plans for them as well. Not that he really needs anymore... I would still be borderline on that test if someone told me what to study a week before the exam

It sounds like he is the shoe fly. That's different than a Duty Captain. It makes sense because they'really basically professiina dicks. You'll never get made in a gig like that. Although I think Salerno was eventually made after spending countless years of pulling wings off butterflies.

He has his head so far up his own a$$. Its actually the opposite: what kind of Lieutenant does he think HIS exam is going to produce? People that studied hard and didnt pass the stupidity he calls an exam more then deserve to be Lieutenants of police. But he's too busy sucking his own dyck to realize. Fvck you a$$hole.

This captain (whatever) has some real mental issues if he went into the precinct and said that. Thats whats wrong with this job bosses who are .,"haters and a$$hxxxs guys...the ones that pass this test please dont be like this guy , try and make the job head in a better direction .dont forget where you came from we all wore the sliver shield at one time.....good luck all.
