I always thought that giving someone the information that is going to be on a particular test is cheating. They are cheating by accepting ahead of time the information and you are cheating by facilitating this. Am I wrong? We are all supervisors and are being made aware by some people's blatant admissions that they are helping people cheat. Does it have to say somewhere that you are not allowed to do that or does DCAS/ NYPD just not care enough to investigate?
