I know its early, buuuuuuuut  does any 1 have any info for an april class? Whats the trend? Is there normally an april class?

i dont know about captains, my inspector told me LT's are getting promoted in May, so i am guessing May 1st, but i do not know how many or exactly when, ill try to find out more info.

April 27 makes sense as a Handful of lieutenants become eligible for promotion on April 26 off the 2013 Captain list.  Hopefully that'll boost the numbers for the next LT class and get the 2014 Captain list released.  Keep the info coming, much appreciated.

If the class is going to get promoted April 27 we should know this week bc captains would need to be notified to go for a mentoring meeting on Friday. If that doesn't happen this week then I would rule out April 27.

I don't have a source, but we are at -22 with 5 more going out this month and 12 more on the first. 28 seems a little low. Assuming a class of 10 captains, I would expect the number to be closer to 40.

April 2013 was a big class of 50, withe the #'s being -33. Hoping the same thing happens for this next class (fingers crossed)

I didn't. I usually hear and not right away but if it was confirmed I would have. Not saying he's wrong but to have concrete info on a Friday at midnight is strange.
