After ratification of the contract, does any one know that what are current and projected vacancies for Captains? Is a class going in March?

We could see a class go in the week of April 27th. The April passovers would be eligible after the 26th.

Hearing May 22 is the next scheduled promotions. Too early to know what ranks.  Anyone got an update on the number of vacancies?

I'm answering my own question here and sharing.

Current vacancies: -1
Terminal : 11
------------------------

From my understanding about capt's vacancies, this actually means there are 12. Reason being, when capt's go on terminal it can extend past a year or so. Thus, they factor in terminal as a vacancy. Can anyone confirm this?

When you say terminal..is that taking into consideration that these captains are not electing to take the terminal leave payout?. It's my understanding that once u take the payout you are retired...or do u mean that they are just running the hundreds of hours they have in comp time...
