Ok, never to soon.  What are the chances of a Feb class?

Assuming no changes, we will be at -9 at the end of the month and only 10 eligible captains from the current list. I highly doubt a class in February.

Actually, I just looked at the 2013 Capt thread and it looks like only 6 are currently eligible. The rest are either time and three have other issues.
