I liked it, and I agree with it (to some extent). I just think it needs to be enforced and reinforced all all levels from foot post to top Chiefs.

Some of it useful, but most of it is unrealistic IMO. Being nice is fine and all. Most of us are nice and courteous in general. I think they want to believe that being nice and taking a lot of extra time will mediate every situation when someone isn't cooperative, but I'm not buying it.
