I don't think the guy posted that **** for the purpose of pissing you guys off. I think he think he is doing the right thing by passing on whatever information he has heard. Whether it's true or not.

Like I posted before, I heard the same ****...from only one person. Do I believe this is going to happen? Absolutely not. But the other guy posted it because he just wanted to pass things along.

I cant imagine it's even true because they've been going through our list like a wildfire. This unverified rumor was probably started by some ****ing jerk who is at the top of the 2013 sgts list and is hoping that if he passes it along to enough people...it'll eventually turn true.

Guys I'm not here to start any rumors especially cause I'm next on the list. However I heard exactly same info coming from 1 PP last month. Kept my mouth shut because its not confirmed, but the source it is coming from can be trusted.

Yes I am a sgt. What makes you think I'm trying to stir stuff up? Someone brought it up to me last month, I said I didn't hear such a thing and said it's likely bs. What are you getting pissed about? I didn't say it was true.

I would think if they were going to cut the 2011 exam, they would of done it already so they can provide some time for the people on top of the 2013 exam to study for the 2015 LT exam.

I got a friend on the list in the 1400-1450 range, hopefully he gets a shot at the lt exam. Hopefully they gotta jan class of 55-60

I would say up until about 1460 is absolutely good. No way they aren't going to do 1-120 in 3 months. But we shall see.

I heard the list is going to be cut from other people. Not sure of there sources. I know a few people that are in line for the next class to be promoted. Its just rumors and in don't see them cutting the list. I also heard rumors of them flying through this list sontheu can get rid of it. I will believe it when I see it.

I'm 1415-1420s on the list and I think I'm gonna be cutting it real close for the lt exam. The way this list is going I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get promoted in time for the lt exam. This list is isn't gonna be exhausted till probably this time next year.

I thought that you can only take the test after you register with DCAS during the enrollment period. I belive the enrollment period for the Lt's test is this month and only this month. Do you need one day in rank to register or do you register as a PO with the hope that there is another class between Jan-March. I thought, just like I heard with this last Sgt test, that you can only register if you're eligible. Hence why the instructors for the classes couldn't take the test like they used to be able to. So if the open period is this month and you didn't make this December class can you you still register?

You can register as a PO. Just need one millisecond in rank to take it on test day.

I'm three names away from the next bmoc and about a week ago I broke my hand. Can i get promoted while on regular sick??? Some told me yes and some no. One of my sgt told me that his friend got promoted while on reg sick. He told me that he got promoted up front and then went to bmoc when he got off sick.

From what I understand you need to be full duty. Only pregnant can get promoted while out.

I know that pregnant can. PG mentions also about chronic sick that you can't but it doesn't say anywhere that you can't while you're on regular sick, limited or LOD.
