Updates to 2015 Lieutenant course

To continue our promise to give you the most up-to-date material, we dont' go to print until a few days before mailing. With all the changes to the Patrol Guide lately, however, sometimes misprints occur. Correction Notices are emailed whenever the material needs updating. Here is a consolidated list:

Week 1

Changes to notes: delete last bullets on page 3 and 20

 

Week 2

Change question # 16 choice D to read:

Consume intoxicants while in uniform

 

Week 4

Question # 44 choice B: delete except their union representative of a line organization and/or legal counsel

 

Week 6

Re-align questions: starting with the second question #26, renumber the remaining questions 27 through 69

 

Re-align answer key: starting with the second answer #7, renumber the remaining answers 8 through 69

 

Week 7

 

Question #5: add to Refused telephone privileges will also receive a command log entry to answer choice C Change answer choice D to read: Request borough Court Section concerned to provide transportation only when large numbers of prisoners must be transported or unusual circumstances dictate use of a patrol wagon

 

On the notes: replace PG 208-40 with the one that was emailed to you

Nice of you to put out corrections on ur material. Most other schools don't bother.

@ JCA not sure what schools u are referring to but The Key sends out emails and posts messages on their FB page re any changes/mistakes. The following is the last one I received on 11/12:

In an effort to ensure you have the best and most updated material, we will update you with any mistakes we find in our material. To that end, please note there is a double answer to question 22 in Lesson 8 (208, Arrests, part one); the answers are A & C. Though graffiti offenses used to be on the list of Photographable Offenses they no longer are (as of I.O. 10 of 2013).wp?data=b2lkPTQ0NDQwJmVpZD0yMCZ1c2VyX2VtYWlsPSZ1c2VyX2lkPTA&fuepx=1

 I'm going to guess that JCA is studying off of bootleg material. Lol. tell your buddies to give you copies of the email along with the lessons.
