I heard today that the Captain numbers for promotion were reduced. They are only going to finish the old list. Lets see??

So they are going to have a class of like 5 new captains? That's all that's left on the old list. They've never had less than a class of 10. Makes no sense, especially with all the vacancies. There are plenty more than 5 commands out there that operate without an XO.
