Hearing Bratton is working hard on changing the Captains schedule along with removing certain responsibilities.  For example, TrafficStat is going to be a CO thing now and Graffiti stat will be moved to Boro level.  Not sure how much of this is true but relevant for those on the fence regarding this test.

SOLs are at the podium at graffitistat, not the xo's. They should abandon it all together. Complete waste of time. And lending truth to what you're saying, this round of Domstats, they're dragging CO's down, not XO's
