Guys...DCAS and this job have collectively ****ed us. The TVB is in fact done and only 1 question was thrown out (not sure which one yet). With that 1 throwout the finalized list has 57 names. The only thing left to do is organize a lawsuit. I already have an attorney on retainer. There were several questions that were in direct conflict with both the patrol guide and department procedure and as a result, they must be thrown out. I refuse to take this lying down. We had over a dozen ironclad protests. Join my fight and lets make the job get this right.
New Jman hahaha. Let him spend the money himself and the sooner the better so that it can be dismissed and everyone can move on with their lives. Study harder next time instead of pouting over those "ironclad" protests that weren't so "ironclad" after all.

Every exam in every rank for the past 5 years has apparently been unfair and unreasonable. So the test writers and DCAS have set out to intentionally screw all of us! Get back in the game and study harder next time around, or look to change the Department's process of how they allow DCAS to oversee and dictate how they give the exam. So far every attempt at a lawsuit in the past has gone nowhere. So Good luck with that!
FYI: The 2009, 2011 Sgt and 2012 Capt were very fair and straightforward. The 2012 had no changes and I believe both the 2011 and 2009 Sgt had two changes.
