People are already receiving their protest dates so meeting in person will not be tangible....from what I hear the protest session is on the morning of compstat. I believe BN is up so I may be screwed for the second time this year.... J-Man, Thanks for the good work in compiling that list.  You bring up a lot of great points and I hope the review panel sees it that way, too. Whether or not they do is in God's hands, I just hope enough of us can articulate our arguments in such a way that the review panel will find validity in them.  Like Stiggity said a 100 times already on various forums, there is no "THEY," but I hope enough $hit is thrown at them, that something will stick and help those that need it to get on to the list.
