I heard a few weeks back that they MAY have a class the 23rd. Of course things are changing etc. Who knows if the commish will even be around that day to do promotions.

There are promotions scheduled for dec 23. I saw the finest authorizing the band to play. I just have no clue what ranks and/or titles are getting promoted. I highly doubt there will be Sgt upfront promotions (except those required to be promoted upfront).

Someone called the command to clear my buddy who is a PO with an open IAB case for promotion. .. they said possibly the 23rd. Don't ask who "they" are because I have no clue. I don't know if he was passed over and he is getting made up front or what. Who knows how its all gonna play out with this new PC.

The ratio right now is 5.85 cops/dets per sgt, but i cant take into account sgts that dont supervise people. Like most IAB/inspections Sgts and detail and 1pp sgts.

 what does it matter?? the board loves to hear rumors of a guaranteed promotion but rumors of no promotions just equals ppl saying stfu its too early. The simple truth is no one knows about jan bmoc yet who has any real knowledge. I will say tho prob not looking good unless they tell bmoc staff in a haste to put the class together.

Finest should come down today for Monday discretionary promotions. Detectives deputy inspectors and up... Nothing on actual promotions as of yet. There will be a ceremony on Monday. I know this for a fact because I will be attending myself. A bunch of guys I worked with are getting there shields.
