I was under the impression that DCAS has nothing to do with when lists get cut and that relies on our dept. I thought DCAS is there to make sure the exams are administered fairly and lists are promoted impartially  and that's where their job ends. Same when it comes to throw outs.  It's done by a panel which is two sgts from previous lists and a DCAS member is there to only make a decision if the panel of two sgts can not decide on a correct answer. I could be wrong though about DCAS' position when it comes to lists.  I think it really is silly that every few weeks there's a new theory about our list lol. At this point it's so close there's no point in talking about it any more or arguing. We will soon find out.  I can tell you theories too.   Some one I know who was in the previous BMOC was told by an instructor the talk is the whole list is getting made and they are going to blow through it.   Now is this fact. Well you know what my opinion is about every one.  NO One truly knows.  But this does come from an instructor.  So there's a positive theory for every one for once.
