I guess no one knows for sure, but just a guess, late 2014 or early 2015 based on 2/3 of the current list still awaiting promotion. About 1/3 of the list was promoted in a year of promotions. Lets say another 200+ in the next 12 months, that brings us to summer 2014 with about another 200 waiting? So figure the list at this rate could very well be exhausted by summer 2015, so an exam at least 6 months prior to that?

So I am guessing with absolutely no inside information, late 2014, very early 2015 at the latest...
