for anyone who's interested phase one notifications came down today in my

command for several ppl and they have reached into at least the very early 900's. just an fyi.

What's the average time between phase 1 to actual BMOC? For those who have actually been to phase 1.

No. I have read here that many people never went to phase 1 and got promoted; plus I know of at least 2 people myself.

I work midnights. I got noticed for Phase 1 last night. Just called the Uniform Promotions Unit to tell em I cant attend because I got vacation next week.

Its def bull****/useless training because he didnt hesitate, ask for a tax number etc. The Sgt who picked up the phone just said "oh ok, no problem"

He said it runs the 16-28th

I am in the 900-940 range FYI.

Im guessing it safe to ASSUME that we SHOULD get promoted by years end?

They said some won't get the training but you don't need it to get promoted.

Phase 1 is not needed to get promoted. One Sgt said it's not even called BMOC anymore its called Phase 3, true story lol that's something I didn't know. But I do wonder how they pick who goes to Phase 1?

They only do Phase 1 during down months, so a lot of people never go, including myself.

Instructors were not definite but kept on saying if they do it will be in between 50-75 people (they packed 78 in the classroom last month) because thats how many the classroom fits... Lt. NG said he'd possibly know by Monday keyword "possibly"...

Pls forgive me but I guess my Command just cancelled my phase 1 trainning that was scheduled for Tuesday April 16. I was told it was cancelled but i guess after the bombing incident they held us and we were low on man power so they cancelled everyone's training in my command.

I think around 80 that were passed are left before 600. 1 big class should take care of it.

Thanks for that. I was saying on another feed that I went to phase 1 on the 18th. Most of us were in the low 1000's on the list and we took that as a good sign promotions up to us. But of course everyone is still worried. Hope they get to us.

I think there are well less than 80 time-passovers. Using the list on this forum (and if it's actually accurate), I count less than 40 with a hire date that makes them eligible in July.
