Don't lose hope yet techno. With the numbers being what they are (-8, 33 on terminal), there is a strong possibility that lets say about half (17) of those 33 on terminal will retire by the end of march. If that does happen, we will see a class of 25

There are 10 vacancies and a lot on terminal and its not even March yet. By end of March there will be definitely enough vacancies for a March 28 Promotion guys and girls.

I know I originally posted promotions on March 28..However as of now I just found out there will not be promotions to Lieutenant. Hopefully end of April. Im sorry for the bad news.

 Are you sure? I'm hearing Capt promos for March 28th and if so I'm assuming there would be enough vacancies for a Lt class.

 This is the second time on 2 different threads that you CONTRADICT your own statements, on Jan.19 on the "Feb Class" thread you said there would be promotions Jan and Feb and then posted again that you were wrong... and here you are AGAIN contradicting yourself about March 28!! You even threw a little tantrum a few days ago on the "Sgt promotions pushed back" thread crying about how no one listens and doubts your posts .... WELL GUESS WHY!!! You answered your own question with your flaky posts. Notice how "Brat" hasn't been saying much cause there isn't much to announce yet!!! So do us all a favor and STOP POSTING!!! When I get useful info in terms of when a class is goin in or not goin in thanks to u ..u can sit by the finest message like a loser waiting until the last minute like a loser. As for u EDAY king..ur a rookie sgt not even on this list. Get a life and stay off the Lt forum.

 captains and lts are scheduled for march 28....not sure of the number. This is coming from the upper elite at the carb boards. Info backs up tiger's info.

Well hopefully, BRAT can shine some light for LT BMOC soon, even though she previously stated nothing for March... My outlook is the following: they will promote LTs to CPTs creating openings at the end of the month... We at a -11 with 33 on terminal for LTs as of Monday.. So we looking at least -20 to -25 for the end of March, however, if 15 of those 33 come off the books we looking at over 30 openings in the LT the rank.... 75 POs to SGTs at end of March, with maybe 25 too fill future Vacancies at end of March for the next 25 on the LT list...

Brat did confirm 75 for Monday... Still early, still hope and EDAYQUEEN is still annoying... pls ban this fool!

Its only March 3 and there are 14 vacancies according to the rumormill. Regardless of what my source has told me at this pace I would be shocked if they still don't promote Lts and Captains end of March.

 Barring something out of the ordinary it will be on the fourth Friday as usual, so March 29th.

I think they're not having promotions on the 29th because it's Good Friday. That same week is COD's walk out as well. I thought it was looking more like the 28th.

Seems they have been only promoting 1 class per quarter. Oct, then skipped Nov & Dec. Jan, skipped Feb and now March. I guess April it is, and that could change too. The initial promotions were deceiving cause they were back to back, but seems like a big halt now even with -15 vacancies. Makes no sense except some BS budget issue!!
