ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCE WITH RESTRICTED DUTY

Just got put on restricted duty today due to medical reasons that arose from the military.Does anyone have experience with this or anything similar and what the limitations and particulars are, any and all solid feedback are welcome. I need to get some insight on where I stand.
