My gross without extras is at $3761. I am a top pay Sgt. I guess with longevity my gross as a new Lt should be higher. blankstare

I have been waiting for this question since I have posted this chart few months ago. Now answer to the question is that all lieutenants hit top pay when they already have ten years on the job. You need to be minimum 7 years on the job to be lt. ideally! and 3 years to hit top pay. Thus every top pay (3 years) lt. gets 10 years longevity.
