I'm pretty sure this question has been asked in the past but can a recently substantiated ccrb hold you up? I've seached it on the boards and I see mixed opinions. I've also asked around and have gotten yes and no answers. Whats the deal with this?
If you have a CCRB that is found to be substantiated that means the board in most cases is going to recommend to the department that disciplinary action be taken againist you, meaning if you have any type of charges or discipline that needs to be handed down which is pending and not closed out most likely you can and will be held up until the situation is cleared up.
