I think it's a conservative prediction. The passovers will not all get picked up, nor will everyone going forward due to education requirements not completed.

Hey Buddy, sept oct for passovers being eligible is incorrect. November is the first month the passovers from the 09 Sgt Exam are eligible. Thanks Buddy

Yes, they only reached list # 75.5 from the new list.

It appears that nobody actually dropped down in list#. The affected people moved up and got list numbers like 74.5.

FYI NO PROMOTIONS FOR LT'S ON AUGUST 31. I WAS TOLD THE INFO BEFORE I WENT EOT. THEY R PROMOTING 75 SGTS INSTEAD. LARGE SGT CLASS.

Natou....You have NEVER provided any info on here and now you want to contest what everyone and Brat is saying??? First of all, those 75 Sgts being promoted on the 31st is the current sgt bmoc which has absolutely NOTHING to do with LT promos. Second of all, since when do you have such a concrete source that is never wrong?!?!
